My cousin has a breading station with a britisch shorthair cat. (Some nice photos of cats) It's challenge for her, because she live in 3 room flat with 6 cats and one-year-old son. She needed some litter boxes with special requirements:
- robust
- easy to clean
- stackable
- with door
- labyrinth with net
- the design isn't important
Labyrinth with net is important part. It ensure that the cats don't carry sand into the flat on their paws. Cats don't like step on the net, they usually jump over it. That's why I decided to build a wall for them, which they will have to go around. Body for litter box is made from euro-box. Euro-boxes are very robust and stackable. Here is some fast sketch in solidworks.
Every part, such as door, inner-walls holder and net holder was printed on 3D printer. 3D parts are optimized for Prusa MINI printer.

Finally, I think that the design is also quite good.
